We worked alongside London based graphics company Huge Designs who produced the animated spot. The first visuals consisted of nothing more than a sketched storyboard; rough diagrams, jerky movements, pasted graphics and stills - not much, but enough to give us an idea of the pace and duration.

Working closely with the animators is crucial to ensuring that the visuals and the audio work perfectly together. For every frame that changes in the animation, adjustments have to be made in the music. We began by timing out the spot, determining with the animators where and when the hits should be. Slowly we sent edits and roughs back and forth, tweaking each component until they were working in complete synchronicity.

When the picture was finally locked we were able to make final adjustments sonically, so that the pictures and music were totally in sync.
